Salcon Berhad (“Salcon” or “the Company”) is pleased to announce that its wholly owned subsidiary, Salcon Engineering Berhad has accepted a letter of acceptance from Pengurusan Aset Air Berhad (PAAB) for a RM70.52 million pipe replacement project.
“As part of this PAAB-led initiative, Salcon is proud to play a pivotal role in upgrading Kelantan’s water infrastructure. The implementation of the project is aimed at reducing water leakages and non-revenue water, ultimately enhancing the quality of life for the local community,” said Mr Jamiluddin Amini Sulaiman, Chief Operating Officer of Salcon Engineering Berhad.
The project will be carried out over the next 24 months and is expected to contribute positively to the earnings and net assets of Salcon Group for the financial years ending 31 December 2025 and onwards.
